- You have experience as a Scrum Master in the agile project management

- Ideally you have expertise in software development and information technology

- You see yourself as a facilitator of agile ceremonies; taking care of conflict resolution and clearing obstacles

- You are able to establish an environment where the teams can be effective, protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions

- You proactively help the team members in clarifying goals and actions to achieve the goals

- You are able to create an effective and secure information flow between the Product Owner, development team and stakeholders

- As a coach you support the teams in agile practices; emphasise individuals and interactions over process and tools

- You are a solution-oriented, open-minded team player with great communication skills

- National and international projects inspire you (occasional travel is required)You can communicate equally well in German and English
